Conduct a Comprehensive Needs Assessment of your district’s or campus’ Technology Program/System, based on the State’s Long-Range Plan for Technology--1996-2010;

Write Comprehensive Long-Range Technology Plans;
|
|
Prepare an Annual Progress Report on the District’s Long-Range Plan for Technology;
|
|
Train Stakeholders, through the District’s Educational Technology Advisory Committee (ETAC), on all facets of the District’s Comprehensive Long-Range Technology Plan;
|
|
Train Instructional Staff on Integration of Technology Across the Curriculum;
|
|
Write and Administer Entitlement and Competitive Technology Grants, including a Detailed Budget;
|
|
Coordinate Technology Grants, Funding, Resources;
|
|
Prepare and Transmit Expenditure and Final Expenditure Reports;
|
|
Install Hardware and Software; and
|
|
Train Staff on Hardware and Software Usage.
